My previous commitment has always been to Dance. Intelligent, adaptable, quiet, responsible shy, a hard worker, emotional, sensitive, agile and enthusiastic. Interested in new challenges and work - enjoys music, art, dance, poetry, literature and many other things too!
Education and Qualifications
1980 -1986, The Royal Ballet Lower School. (White Lodge in Richmond Park.)
1986 -1988 The Royal Ballet Upper School. (Talgarth Road.)
Graduatation perf as – La Cappriciosa, ( The Lady, The Lady and the Fool – John Cranko.)
G.C.E’s - English Lang, English Lit, French, Art, Music, History, Maths.
Also studied - Science, History of Ballet and Benesh Notation.
Studied Homeopathic Medicine at ‘The Institute’ in Hampstead (can proscribe for accidents and emergencies) has studied astrology, alternative medicine.
Speaks good French – (is continuing to study the language) and a little Italian.
Work History
1988 -1997 Nine years with English National Ballet.
1988 – 1991 Director Peter Schaufuss,
1991 – 1993 Director Ivan Nagy
1993 - 1997 Director Derek Deane.
First lead role at 19, as ‘Tatyana’ in Schaufuss’ Nutcracker and at the age of 21 debuted as Juliet. (Sir Frederick Ashtons) Performed Ben Stevensons’ ‘Cinderella’, and ‘Sugar Plum Fairy’ as well as many other Principle and soloist parts.
1994 – Danced the very first matinee performance of ‘Giselle’ as Giselle! (Derek Deanes own choreography.)
Highlights also included ‘Brigit’ in Sir Kenneth Macmillans’ ‘My Brother My Sisters', Stevensons 'Four Last Songs' & 'Three Preludes'.
1996 choreographed ‘Alchemical Reaction’ for company choreographic evening.
1996 (Dec) performed ‘The Snow Queen’ (from the Nutcracker) in front of Lady Diana.

2001 - Guesting in Nottingham 'Hungarian Gypsy’ and ‘Fairy’ also
2002 ‘Spirit of The Waters’ ( all three own choreography.)
2006 – Began working for a charity based company called ‘Balletomane’ has performed Giselle from Act 2 Giselle and Swans. Then ‘Snowflakes’ and ‘Sugar Plum Fairy’ for their new Nutcracker ‘Ballet amongst the Books’ library series for children at Christmas time.
2006 (Christmas) – Two private performances of ‘Snow Maiden’ (own choreography.)
2007 Spring/Summer Season with 'Balletomane' – ‘Songbird Fairy’ and ‘Princess Florine’ (Bluebird) from The Sleeping Beauty.
2007 – (May) Guested with The Rolls Royce Theatre Company, both Black and White Swan solos from ‘Swan Lake’ and 4 minute piece ‘Lotus Eater’ (own choreography)
2007 – (October) Created D.V.D. ‘Woman Spirit Rising’ original music from Charles Darkbuskerproductions with collaborative improvisation.
2007-2008 -
Danced ‘Snowflakes’ and ‘The Sugar Plum Fairy’ with Balletomane in their second ‘Ballet amongst the Books’ Christmas season, dancing in libraries in and around London.
2008 (Dec) ‘The Oxfam Project’- Astoria (Tottenham court Road) Contemporary choreography by Michael Thomas Voss (Charity event with exhibition and catwalk.)
2008 - Spring/Summer season danced 'Gamzatti' with 'Balletomane'.
2008 - Appeared in new video of James Blunts' 'I really Want You'
2008 - Appeared in 'RedKen Hair show' - Solo to 'Why do you get all the love in the World' (Choreography - Thomas Michael Voss - c/o Michael Summerton Management)
2008 & 2009 (Dec) - Guested (Sugar Plum and Gamzatti) for Miss Angela Grants end of year school show.
2008 - (Dec.) - Three perfs of Christopher Moores Gala - Newbury. 'Black Swan and Kitri' and short opening piece by Christopher himself.
2009 - (July) Guested in 'Balletomanes' first spring Gala at the R.A.D
2009 - (Oct/Nov) Created part of the Angel/Demon in 'God Cried Woof' Sebastian Rex dance Group at The Blue Elephant. (Choreography - Sebastian Rex to Beethovens 3rd Symphony Eroica)
2009 - (Dec) Danced Sugar Plum for 'Follies - Northampton' end of year school performance.
2010 - (Feb) danced in Thomas Michael Voss' 'Ballare' project for Leicester University.

Has taught young children B.B.O. and R.A.D. syllabus’ free improvisation, coaching, and been involved in the choreography and organization of small shows based around Fairy and Folk stories for special occasions. Attends dance classes in Central London.
Taught classes also for ‘Balletomane’ choreographed and coached some of the dancers in their solos for both Christmas and Summer seasons and performed regularly with them on Saturday afternoons during the last few years.
